Our mission is to witness to the Love of God until everybody has experienced the Love of God.

The First United Methodist church of Palatine is a founding member of the Spring Of Life Habitat for Humanity partnership. As a partnership, we are building homes for needy families in the Northwestern area in conjunction with the Habitat for Humanity of Fox Valley. The Partnership Web Site ( http://www.springoflifehabitat.org/ ) gives information our current building projects and upcoming fund raising events. For information please contact the church office.

Study opportunities:

Disciple Bible Study: Year long Bible study. Disciple 1, 2 and 4 will be offered this year. Classes meet on Wednesday evenings, from 7-9pm and begin September 17, 2008. Call the church office (847-359-1345) for more information.

Thank God it’s Wednesday: The 2008-2009 season kicks off on
September 17, 2008 at 6:00 pm. T.G.I.W. is a mid-week connection that includes a light supper & fellowship, followed by the study of your choice.

Together in Christ classes: Familiarization to the Church. Four week study offered four times a year.
